Glencar Manorhamilton is one of the most successful football teams in Leitrim in recent years. They won their first senior championship in 1977; then there was a large wait until their next in 1999.

They completed a historic 4 in a row between 2008 and 2011.

The club also reached the finals of 2012 and 2015, before adding a seventh title in 2019.
