GAA club in the hurling heartland of East Galway near Loughrea, Athenry, Sarsfields, Craughwell and Clarinbridge.
The club has never won a senior hurling Galway championship, however they have reached the final on six occasions - 1910, 1913, 1914, 1916, 1917 and 1920.
