Loughrea HC
Loughrea GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the town of Loughrea, County Galway. The club was founded in 1884 and is almost exclusively concerned with the game of hurling. The club was founded in 1884. The club colours are blue with gold sash. The club grounds are St Brendans Park.
The club has won two Galway senior county titles - 1941 and 2006. Loughrea has been unlucky to come up against some great teams in some of the other county finals they have reached. The club reached 6 county Galway senior finals between 2003 an 2013.
