Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "North-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the town of Roscrea. The club's colours are red and white and they play at Pairc Naomh Cronin (English- St. Cronan's Park).

The club has produced many fine hurlers down through the years. The most well known of recent times is John Carroll. John won an All Ireland with Tipperary in 2001 and also won an All Star in 2000.
