Tourlestrane is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based along the Sligo-Mayo border in south County Sligo, comprising the parish of the same name. Founded in 1938, club colours are green and gold.

Tourlestrane have 17 Sligo senior championships to their name which places them second in the Sligo role of honour. Their most recent win came in 2021 - their sixth title in a row. This is quite a period of dominance, emphasized by the fact that no team has come closer than 3 points to them in any of the finals.

They reached the Connacht final in 1982 but lost out to Clan na nGael of Roscommon.

The clubs most famous player is 2002 All Star, Eamon O'Hara.
