Tourlestrane is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based along the Sligo-Mayo border in south County Sligo, comprising the parish of the same name. Founded in 1938, club colours are green and gold.

Tourlestrane have 18 Sligo senior championships to their name which places them second in the Sligo role of honour. Their most recent win came in 2022 - their seventh title in a row. This is quite a period of dominance, emphasized by the fact that no team has come closer than 3 points to them in any of the finals, until the 2022 final when they won by just 2 points.

They reached the Connacht final in 1982 but lost out to Clan na nGael of Roscommon. Tourlestrane also reached the final in 2022 but this time Maigh Cuilinn of Galway came out on top.

The clubs most famous player is 2002 All Star, Eamon O'Hara.
